The brochure I created recently won The Gold Award in the 2010 Hermes Creative Awards Competition.  Working together with the fine talents of copywriter Elizabeth Carter and the team at Sikich Marketing & Design Services, our collaboration succeeded in producing the winning entry!

The brochure entitled “Blue Is My Color,” describes my simple, serene approach to art as I draw inspiration from the nature around us.The Hermes Creative Awards recognizes outstanding work in the design and development of creative marketing materials.  The Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP) administer and judge the entries each year.  Over 3,600 entries both internationally and from across the United States were drawn to the 2010 competition. This year’s designs were remarkable for their innovation and superb quality. Works from advertising agencies, public relations firms, marketing companies, and freelance professionals were submitted.  Of these, only 18 percent were recognized with Gold Awards.
